Below are important locations for entries in the 4th fest Parade.

Check in Area

It is vital that your entry captain checks in with your street marshal when you arrive.

Your Street Marshal is the main point of contact on parade day. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to ask them. They will be able to get the appropiate resources to best assist you.

By checking in you ensure your entry is properly lined up for the parade and acknowledged during the TV production.

Float Judging

Any entry who wishes to participate in float judging must be in line prior to 8:00am.

Float Judging is optional and the sole discretion of each entry.

Judging takes place on Ruby Avenue. Participants should enter from South Street to Ruby Avenue. Then proceed to their assigned staging location.

Judging is provided by an independent group of volunteers (outside of 4th Fest of Greater Racine) to ensure impartiality.
