*Entries are required to send a representative, who will be in attendance at the parade as part of your entry, to one of the Captains meetings.
Please select one meeting date on the application and mark your calendar.
This is a mandatory meeting for every entry. You are only required to attend one meeting.
Any entry who fails to send a representative to a Captains meeting will lose their position in the parade and will not be allowed to participate.
If you marched in last year’s parade, your organization will already be in the parade system. You should be able to “login” with your credentials from last year and your organization details will pull up.
If you are a new organization (never having registered with the system), you should proceed to “register” to receive your login credentials.
Once registered and logged in, your organization must fill out the application. You can also review your application, check on the status of your application, or download additional forms at any time.
If your application to the parade is approved, you will be invoiced for the entry fee(s). All entry fees must be paid by JUNE 12 or you will not be allowed in the parade.
