All applications MUST be received or postmarked by this date. (Applications postmarked after this date will be subject to a $150 late fee.)

Mandatory Entry Meeting A

When: 6:30pm

Where: Gateway Technical College, Great Lakes Room in the Racine Building (enter off of Pershing Blvd)

June 25th, 2024

Mandatory Entry Meeting B

When: 6:30pm

Where: Gateway Technical College, Great Lakes Room in the Racine Building (enter off of Pershing Blvd)

*Entries are required to send a representative, who will be in attendance at the parade as part of your entry, to one of these meetings.

This is a mandatory meeting for every entry. For your convenience, 4th Fest of Greater Racine offers 2 of these meetings. You are only required to attend 1 meeting. A driver or responsible representative of your organization, who will be present with your entry (at the parade), must be the attendee of the meeting. ANY entry who fails to send a representative to this meeting will lose their position in the parade and not be allowed to participate.

2023 Parade Application

The standard fee is $25 and other fees are added depending on the parade entry type.

Fees are noted at the end of the application, and payment must be made when submitted.

2023 PRE-Parade Application

The pre-parade sets off before the parade and is meant for vehicles, trucks, etc. that are for show only.

Examples are classic cars and car clubs, police and fire vehicles, motorcycle clubs, buses, tractors, and any other large industrial and/or business related type of vehicles.

2024 Parade Application

The standard fee is $25 and other fees are added depending on the parade entry type.
