We pride ourselves on being one of the best parades in the nation and hold ourselves to a high standard when deciding what type of entries are allowed in the 4th Fest Parade.
By doing so the 4th Fest strives to remain non-partisan and restricts dignitary entries to officials CURRENTLY in office only.
We adhere to a strict no campaigning policy to remain fair and neutral.
Incumbent elected officials, whose constituents reside in Racine County, and his or her immediate family.
Entries of a political nature or not representing a specific candidate are not permitted.
Photo example is the current Mayor of the City of Racine with his family.
The standard rules apply to all entries with special emphasis on the following:
Violations will be address promptly and may result in ejection from the parade.
